Refund policy

Puoi restituire o scambiare i tuoi prodotti entro 14 giorni dalla consegna dell'ultimo articolo dell'ordine, ovviamente nelle loro condizioni originali con tutte le etichette attaccate e nella loro confezione originale per garantire che siano adeguatamente protetti durante il trasporto. Non saremo in grado di accettare resi in cui etichette postali, francobolli o simili sono stati applicati direttamente sulla confezione del prodotto.

- È necessario contattarci per l'autorizzazione prima di restituire qualsiasi articolo inviando un'e-mail a venti5store@gmail.com

- I costi di restituzione / cambio sono coperti dai clienti che devono fornire il numero di tracciamento e il nome del servizio di spedizione utilizzato con il link per rintracciare il pacco. Dopo i 14 giorni dalla consegna, se il pacco non è ancora stato restituito, non verrà accettato.

- Il rimborso verrà effettuato entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione della merce resa

 - Gli articoli restituiti che sono stati oggetto di un'offerta di spedizione gratuita avranno i costi di spedizione detratti dall' ammontare restituito. Tutti i rimborsi escludono le spese di spedizione, come concordato nei nostri termini, a meno che non sia stato commesso un errore da parte nostra. 

- Ogni eventuale tassa d'importazione per il reso da paesi Extra-UE sarà a carico del cliente. 

 

You may return or exchange your products within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, provided they are in their original condition with all labels attached and in their original packaging to ensure they are properly protected during transit. We will not be able to accept returns where postal labels, stamps or similar have been affixed directly to the product packaging.

- You must contact us for authorisation before returning any item by sending an email to venti5store@gmail.com

- The costs of returns/exchanges are borne by the customer, who must provide the tracking number and the name of the courier service used, along with the link to track the parcel. If the parcel has not been returned within 14 days of delivery, it will not be accepted.

- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods

- For returned items that were part of a free-delivery offer, the delivery costs will be deducted from the refund amount. All refunds exclude delivery charges, as set out in our terms and conditions, unless an error has been made on our part. 

- Any import duties on returns from non-EU countries will be borne by the customer.
